You Will Know

SCRIPTURE:
Ezekiel 6:7b "...and you will know that I am the Lord."

OBSERVATION:
God is more than an gentle old man who ignores our disobedience. He is a 'follow-through', 'mean it', God. He provides for His people. He leads them. He protects them. He loves them. He is with them. And it seems like that is not enough. They wanted more. They wanted what their neighbors had -- idols. fierce independence from God. So to make His point clear, God gave Ezekiel a message that included devastating results for His people. "ENOUGH!" In the end, you (and all peoples) WILL know that I am Yahweh.

APPLICATION:
I want to admire, respect and obey God fully with my whole life.

PRAYER:
Thank you God, for Jesus. Reading Ezekiel gives me a better glimpse of the price Jesus paid. I owe you my life. Take it. I am Yours.
